• Assignment of Project Manager, Excavation Work Planning,Selection of Appropriate Heavy Machines and Vehicles

  At the start of a construction project, a manager is assigned to the project, excavation work is planned, and the right heavy machines and vehicles for the job are selected. We also conduct safety and environment planning for the project. During project execution, we make the most of our many years of experience and the fast, flexible technology in our line-of construction machines.

• Reusing Excavated Soil, No Idling on Sites, Priority to Other Road Vehicles

  For Oono Associates, work is not the only priority – we also try every day to be mindful of the environment. So we have banned vehicle idling on sites to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, we give priority to other road vehicles in order to relieve traffic congestion, and we reuse excavated soil instead of treating it as waste.

• Reducing Noise and Vibration, Protecting Foundations of Neighboring Buildings, Explaining to Land Owners

  We use self-propelled silent pilers and ultra-high frequency pile driving and extracting machines to reduce noise and vibration from landslide prevention work and protect the foundations of neighboring buildings. We are careful to ensure that our work does not cause anxiety to your neighboring landowners.
